Very helpful indeed. Had a query with my order (there was nothing wrong with any aspect of my purchase- arrived on time was packaged well and priced competitively) but the model of toilet seat had changed in design and I was nervous it was the wrong part.I spoke online to a gentleman and for once spoke to a human being.
