Bought Ideal Standards Cistern CONCEALA 2, which arrived in poor and damaged packaging. Cistern was meant to be concealed and upon installation was discovered that is not performing well (overfill with every flush). Customer service was not helpful and Ideal Standards are not honouring 5-year warranty. Do not buy this product or from this supplier. Further update: Ideal Standard sent a replacement part which in the end was not for my cistern + they expected me to pay for the plumber to install it. Overall Ideal Standards products are no longer of good quality and for the price paid, there is a lot of choice of other brands and products to choose from. They also have not responded to my complaints despite being sent to them multiple times. Bathroom and Showers were not overall helpful and again there are so many other suppliers to choose from that there is no need for anyone to go through the hurdles I have experienced.
