Service was good from the customer service team when I called regarding delivery etc. A little tip for the website. You should have an add-on box for items you will need. For example, I ordered a bath & the bath I ordered required bath feet. To save customers getting to install (as booking in a plumber & having them then not able to start is very frustrating) not having legs for their bath. But how about automatically adding the feet to their basket? Then on checkout, you inform them this is required if they then choose to take it off it's their issue you have done your advising of what is a necessity. Also, a sink or a basin or a bath is automatically a waste for them as this is another necessity they will require. This will, in turn, you will be up-selling & a plumber will have everything he or she needs to do the job with no problems.
