My order was for a replacement Duravit, soft-closing, toilet seat and cover. Not a previous customer of Bathrooms & Showers Direct, I came across them when googling for suitable suppliers. As the item was in stock, at a reasonable price, I placed my order with them. The email acknowledging my order was timed at 12.52 on Monday. I was advised at 13.10 on the same day that the carrier had received the order to collect and deliver the package. I subsequently received the item at 17.30 on the Wednesday at our Northern Ireland address - a little over 48 hours after placing my order. Very happy with the speed at which everything moved, and the item itself was well packaged and exactly as I had ordered.
