That tap unit itself I have no issues with, but the shower hose that was included with it was not designed to fit the unit I purchased. The hose has a thread on the inside of the connector, but the unit requires a connector with an external thread. Therefore, the hose is useless. fortunately, our original hose did fit. This is a sloppy error from a business that should know better.
