I had to check with BASD prior to purchase as I had already once ordered the wrong part. Many variations of the same thing! Brooke emailed me back very quickly having double checked with the manufacturer.
That's great service. It should be normal but it's rare these days. I have filed these guys in my email folders as 'Repeat suppliers' and in my bookmarks. That says it all!
