The product was delivered within 48 hours. Good but marginally outside the promised next day delivery, although this was not a problem. However the toilet seat was exactly what had been ordered, was tastefully wrapped and fitted within minutes. It actually took longer to remove the packaging than to replace the old, worn seat. A very good service, including the cheerful delivery worker and I would not hesitate to use B&S again. Thanks.
