I was having trouble with a toilet set fitting that was not tightening up properly. I emailed and within the day Afia got back to me asking that I sent photos of the seat. This I did the following morning and nearly straight away got back to say she had sent the details to Roca and would get in touch when they did. This afternoon, the same day, I got a message to say the Roca would send the fittings to me direct. I cannot fault the service I received. Andy Whitley
