I ordered a new lavatory seat from Bathrooms and Showers Direct. Firstly, they were the cheapest of any supplier that I could find on the internet. Secondly the unit was dispatched to me very quickly - order placed on Monday morning, package arrived Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately the seat was damaged when I opened it up. But I spoke to Customer Service (Afia) and another was dispatched to me immediately, arriving two days later. I cannot recommend Bathroom and Showers Direct enough. In a country where customer service can often be very poor, theirs was second to none. I was very happy with them and will definitely be using them again.
