I don’t usually bother to write reviews but this time I really wanted to say thank you for such superb customer service and communication. My order was due to have a slight delay and an email was sent almost straight after ordering to tell me this, a few days later I received another email giving estimated time frames and again when my order was dispatched. The delay was minimal anyway but it was so lovely to be kept updated with everything. When the item arrived it was excellent quality and just what we wanted. Thank you for such a positive shopping experience.
