Very good communications and customer service, quality products. Unfortunately one item (a basin) was packed in a box that was just a bit too small. Although most of it was well protected, the corner of the basin touched the outside of the box, and at some point in the delivery that part of the box must have seen an impact, as the corner of the basin was cracked. Customer services responded immediately and dispatached a new basin without any quibble, and it was delivered within a few days. Things can go wrong, but in this case they were resolved well.
