Made and paid for my order with B&SD online. They contacted me to say the bath was no longer manufactured (fair enough), they had forgotten to remove it from the website and that "anyway you only bought the feet", which we both knew to be a lie, as we both had a copy of the invoice. They offered me a replacement - 50% more expensive, but with a 10% discount. I countered with a split where we both equally felt the pain of their mistake, which was flatly refused, saying their T&Cs protected them.
