The test of a good company is how they deal with any issues after purchase - and Bathrooms & Showers Direct excel in looking after their customers. I had a fault after 6 months with a soft close toilet seat and Aifa at Bathrooms & Showers Direct acted promptly to find out the background and then contacted the manufacturer to organise a replacement.
