Received incredible service from this company. The tap that I ordered had a manufacturing fault. Bathrooms & Showers Direct arranged for a replacement to be delivered and arranged for the return of the faulty tap. Communication was excellent and always with a person and not an automated system. I highly recomment this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
