The service received was first class. The problem due to damaged goods was resolved, however not without problems as I had to put the fitter off, who was far from pleased. I felt that I had to compensate him for the time wasted even though he managed to start another job. My job was then completed two days later. I also paid extra for a pallet delivery which I did not receive. I have not received a refund for this extra charge or an offer of a refund. I do understand and appreciate the way the company delt with the situation, however this was far from ideal. UPDATE!! Since my previous review everything has been resolved in the way of my Knight in Shining Armour by the name of BECKY. Thank you. I shall not hesitate to use your company again and recommend the company to anyone who will listen. Keep up the good work, a rarity in this day and age since the pandemic. P.S.
