Not had a good experience with Bathrooms and Showers Direct. Placed my order for a toilet and sink on 6th April. Had good communication from Becky to inform me that my order will be shipped directly from the supplier and they will be in touch. Was then advised of the delivery date, all good so far. Then the products were delivered. The pieces were packed terribly and as a result were in several pieces. How the delivery driver didn’t see this I don’t know. I then reported the delivery was damaged on 18th April and sent photos of the terrible packaging and my items in pieces. I had a response on 22nd April (next working day as was Easter weekend) with an apology and told that my order had been refunded and will be in my account in 2 working days. I was also told the courier would collect the goods on Thursday 24th April. This collection didn’t happen, I was then told on the phone it would definitely be collected on the Friday. Again this didn’t happen so am now left with a pallet full of broken bathroom products in my garden for over a week. The explanation I got was that the courier ‘forgot’ to collect. Goods were finally collected on Monday 28th. Worth noting it was a third party courier but it was me that had to keep chasing for answers. The part that I find terrible is that despite being told my refund had been processed on 22nd April I still have not received it. I asked why and was told it was processed yesterday (28th) so not sure why I was told this incorrect information which is clearly not true. At the time of writing I still have no refund and no explanation why. I will now have to take this up with my bank to try and get my nearly £300 back. Ashame as seemed like a decent company who have been let down by a third party supplier and delivery company, but not sure why they did it process refund when they said they had and still feel it necessary to hold on to my money. I would definitely not recommend
