Very rarely and I prompted to give feedback-on this occasion I have to say this is a rare occasion where customer service went above and beyond. Item ordered and received had a flaw. Having contacted customer services over a bank holiday weekend, they responded on the next working day and had arranged over replacement to be sent out under the warranty which arrived the following day. If only more companies follow suit.
