Bought a freestanding bath tap and shower handset for £350. Within a month the chrome flaked off. Customer services eventually sent a replacement handset which was incorrect and wouldn’t fit. I had a total battle to get them to send a further replacement which had a turned out to have a split in the hose and is totally useless. Wouldn’t touch this website and their products again - shocking quality and total cowboys!
