I originally ordered some pvc coving which I thought was simple enough how wrong I was! After a week of no dispatch email or anything I contacted them and was told it was out of stock (showed in stock when I ordered) wouldn’t you think to contact the customer and tell them this?! Anyway was told it would be sent soon so after nearly another week I messaged again asking where it was ( holding the job up now) still not available yet nobody told me! I said I’d settle for white with Chrome STRIP not full chrome to get the job moving so waited days for that to arrive only to receive full chrome which looks ridiculous in a white and black bathroom with no chrome. Now they are continuing the appalling service by ignoring my emails. I’d just avoid they’re useless.
