Very disappointed. I returned most of the varnish I received, as it was not as shown on the website. Leah confirmed receipt over three MONTHS ago, yet I have received neither refund nor credit note nor goods in lieu, despite asking six times. The phone does not get answered; I've waited over 30 minutes in queues but not got through. Also I have twice suggested you update the images on the website to show the product that is actually available, but three months on, this has not been done.

Product arrived faulty. Informed batleys. They asked for photo that was sent immediately and I received No further messages from them. I rang them to be told they’d look into this. Still nothing. So at present no resolution and very slow staff

I bought a Rechargeable Dehumidifier. I followed the instructions and fully charged the unit. I used it till it was time to recharge it. I placed it on charge for 24 hours. Nothing happened. So I sent a message to BatleyDiy support and to this day I have not received a reply. I have managed to sort out my problem which was to change the fuse in the plug. When I opened the plug there was a 3amp fuse. I thought that it was too small in ampage and changed it to a 13 amp fuse. I have had no problems so far thank god. i cannot rely on customer support.

This company is a scam - if the item is faulty they will not refund you and will ignore you, block you on facebook and generally do everything to delay you to the point you give up. Do not spend your money here.

I did have to enquire where my order was! and was told they were waiting on stock to fulfill my order. It was only then they gave me the option to receive half or wait for complet order. It would have been nice if they emailed me first. But saying that I would use this company again.

Placed an order via the internet and received an email confirming my order. It stated I would get another email when my order was shipped, this never happened. When I still hadn't received an email or my goods(after 8 days) I started calling them to find out what had gone wrong, sometimes on the phone on hold with music playing saying my call was important to them for 50 mins. This went on for days. I then tried to contact them via email and still no response. The second email I sent, I gave them 48 hours to respond or I would be asking my bank to do a charge back for the goods. Still no response. I started the process with my bank and then out of the blue got an email ( 16 days later from my original order) to state the goods were on their way! I understand things go wrong but no answering phones and emails for customer enquires is terrible customer service and I could not recommend buying from these guys.

I found this company via google and have purchased a variety of pry each one the least expensive and always dispatched efficiently and arriving in good order
