“Delivery longer than expected so a little bit concerned. Email answered quickly though and parcel arrived.. bought a steel tea pot. Good quality and great pourer.”

“The item I required was out of stock at my usual go-to suppliers. We found it advertised at Batley DIY so ordered it. I emailed them my phone number as the one on pay-pal was out of date. The reply was swift. The consignment turned up after 9 days but with the Easter weekend in between. The correct item arrived, new and adequately packaged.”

“Item ordered & received many thanks. Had problems as nobody answered the telephone at all which caused a lack of communication to their purchasers. The item purchased is great ty but more communication is needed.”

“Products good value and as described. Took a little longer to delivery than advised when purchased but only a couple of days and communication when contacted about this was prompt. On the phone and then I was emailed when the products were dispatched.”

“The taps are exactly what we ordered. A little slow in arriving , just over a week so we were beginning to worry as we read some negative reviews. Very well packaged. Would be very helpful if Batley would send email or text updates with orders to reassure their customers.”

“I ordered the product but unfortunately it was delivered to my old address the homeowner gave it back to royal mail.So zI don't know what's happened to it if it still at the mail office or have they returned to you”

“Found the best deal on line with Batley DIY for the Cuprinol shed and fence protector and delivery and I would have scored 5 out of 5 had the items arrived when stated or I had been advised of a slight delay. Had to contact sales team and this was swiftly sorted with my order arriving the next day.”

“Never heard of before, however when looking for a new hose reel, they came up, at a good price. Checked a few reviews all looked ok. So ordered, arrived in about 5 working days, and all as described, will use again”

“Batley DIY used DPD for the delivery which is good because several of the couriers in the UK are dreadful. However the delivery was split into two drops the first at 11-30am and the second at 1-30pm. The first delivery driver was very pleasent and helpful and put the compost bags one step inside my front door. The second was dreadful. He was serly and unhelpful saying he could not even take one step into my house and left the 4 bags of compost in the front door opening!”

“After receiving a New Mini oven with Hot Plates that were Faulty, it took a while to get in touch with the company as they didn't answer the phone. When I did eventually get in touch they sorted the problem and organised a replacement fairly quickly. .”
