The item I required was out of stock at my usual go-to suppliers. We found it advertised at Batley DIY so ordered it. I emailed them my phone number as the one on pay-pal was out of date. The reply was swift. The consignment turned up after 9 days but with the Easter weekend in between. The correct item arrived, new and adequately packaged.
