Delivery charge ridiculous, and delivery far to long for the price you get charged. Won't be ordering again.

Goods received damaged (liquid fertilizer leaking) out and therefore refused acceptance. Batley emalled me promptly on receipt of non-delivery from the GPO and promised an immediate replacement. This has not yet arrived - probably because of the asge break. Leakage may have been the product manufacturer's falt rather than Batley's.

After 4 days of no communication from Batley i emailed them asking about my order. I received no reply but the mysteriously i received a message that the items were being despatched via DX. In turn DX said that they were picking up the parcel and deliver would be Monday. Parcel was indeed received on Monday after the driver phoned me to ask about my house number which was missing from his paperwork.

Love the product that I ordered however delivery time was terrible in fact the worst I have dealt with in a long time was supposed to be 2-4 days ordered Sunday night then after order it said Friday however did not turn up until the following Thursday (package was not great) and although the young lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and pleasant I did get fed the incorrect information twice The chat function was just robotic so not great Horrific customer experience from myself

Products are excellent and a very fair price which thankfully outweighs customer service and delivery time which on this was poor (nearly 4 weeks amd 3 phome calls to deliver some sink mats)!

The product was good and was a good price. Delivery was hopeless. It was very expensive at £7 for 2-4 day delivery and took forever to be shipped.

Product ordered on the 14th February and money taken out of my account on that date product still not arrived here on the 25th only good thing I have been notified of the situation.

good price...quick delivery..let down by only 9 items in package not 10...low value item so not worth complaining direct but disappointing..

Items arrived broken and damaged (not batley's fault) however it has been difficult trying to get a reply Nearly a month after ordering this has still not been resolved.

If the item I ordered 2 weeks ago had actually arrived and for which I paid £4 postage then my review might be more favourable. Batley have not responded to email messages. The price for the item was very good just wish it was in my possession and this company looked into the delay :(

I have just bought a lay z spa hot tub f4om Batley DIY. Unfortunately it must have a flaw because it does not remain inflated and is therefore unfit for purpose. I have just e mailed both retailer and supplier and am awaiting full responses. The quality of the after care service will determine my final rating

Poor first experience of buying from Batley DIY. Placed my order on the 28/09/2024 Order delivered 26/10/2024 After trying to contact customer service a number of times by email to ask when my order will be delivered. Maybe a one off and i was unlucky on the poor performance from the company with delivery times and customer service response?

Order 2 whisks online that wrote advertised as 'in stock'. After 10 days of hearing nothing, I emailed for an update and was told they were waiting a delivery and would I like to wait. I asked for an estimation of when the delivery was expected and once again heard nothing. After chasing with more emails going unanswered I finally got anautonated dispach email and received the items a month after ordering.

My 1st communication was a couple of days. My question was answered. However, I have emailed 3 times now due to missing parts ( we think) from my delivery, had no response. This is very poor communication, I will not be buying or recommending this company to anyone. Sorry to say

The bowls I received were what I wanted but my score on this review is down to communication with this company I've email and phone where I've left a message and this is in regarding the delivery cost of 7 pounds of which you said I would get refunded because I didn't receive the on time and I paid 7 pounds express delivery to get them in a set time ,you've just ignored me and I've of yet to receive the refund so it was quite surprising for you to ask me to a review on mu experience with you ,so until I receive my refund this is my review, thank you
