“Item wasn’t as picture showed. Was lied to on two occasions as to its delivery date and at times getting anyone to answer the emails or phone was a nightmare. Arrived without what I required as in pictures. Disappointing experience”

“The bathroom panels I ordered took over a month to arrive (2days after the job started) and all 7 of them had damage . Luckily my bathroom installer is very good and managed to to salvage enough to complete the job.”

“The picture shows a curved centre where the two parts of the hige meet when closed. The hinges sent have a square cut centre. The only reason I bought the hinges from Batley was to get hinges with the curved centre. I made the same comment in their web site "Chat" section but they were busy and would reply later - no reply has been received. Misleading and incorrect description (by picture) of the product.”

“My delivery took SO long to arrive I bought an alternative product in the meantime. There was no message from Batley saying “sorry we’ve taken an entire week before even posting your stuff” which would have been nice.”
