“I bought paint and paid extra for quick delivery within 4 days. You took 9 days to deliver. By which time I had bought paint locally and had finished my painting job. You broke your promise to deliver as you said you would. I’ll never buy from you again. When I next visit Batley, I’ll drop off your paint and ask for my money back.”

“Items ordered took over 19 days to arrive. Tried to contact Batley but voice mail was full and email contact did not work and kept getting bounced back. Have tried to cancel order before items were despatched but was unable to contact the company. Have now gone to PayPal to recover my money. Have also requested a return of items via Shop app but still no communication with company. One very disappointed customer.”

“My order was fulfilled reasonably quickly by yourselves. However, I am still waiting on my order to arrive 😔 Due to the fact I live in Scotland and you use DX Freight for delivery, I am not expected to get my product until 28th April which will be 3 weeks after placing my order. They only deliver in my area on Mondays and this is delayed because of Easter. Have to say I am very disappointed with the delivery service”

“Love the product that I ordered however delivery time was terrible in fact the worst I have dealt with in a long time was supposed to be 2-4 days ordered Sunday night then after order it said Friday however did not turn up until the following Thursday (package was not great) and although the young lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and pleasant I did get fed the incorrect information twice The chat function was just robotic so not great Horrific customer experience from myself”

“Nice item at a great price. The reason for the lower rating is that I paid £7 for express delivery. Order placed on a Wednesday evening, delivery estimated Fri-Tues. Got notification on the Tuesday to advise of dispatch, parcel delivered Thursday. Not what I would call express and not worth £7.”

“So much cheaper and great customer service. We bought some rubber border edging which was over £5 cheaper per pack! Plenty of parking. Just order online and pick up. They are 2 mins drive from Morley Asda.”
