I ordered a replacement kitchen tap online after searching around for the best price. Batley popped up with a great price, free delivery and local in the North West. Item arrived on time with plenty of confirmation emails keeping me informed. The tap came in its original packaging from Abode. This box had seen better days but the tap was perfect with all the inserts and parts included and protected by the original foam inserts. This Abode box was packaged inside another box and protected with plenty of brown tape. The tap has now been fitted by my plumber and is perfect. I could not be happier with the tap and the service from Batley.
