I ordered 2 items, and received a lovely phone call informing me one of my items was out of stock. I got offered the choice of a refund, or similar product. I went for the similar product, and it was beautiful! arrived very quickly, and was really well packaged up. I will definitely shop there again, the lady who rang me, was lovely! and her customer services skill were exemplary. A really lovely shopping experience.
