Took payment for my order and then mailed to say they didnt have stock of the battery and didnt know if they were getting any more in. Also had previous trouble trying to get a refund / replacement on a battery that had failed within the 12 month warranty. Had to wait nearly a month for them to test the the returned battery before they would re-issue. Good priced batteries and fast delivery, but customer care and response needs improving drastically.
