“My review is based on delivery times and the initial experience of the batteries. Only time will tell if they are the same or better quality to other major brands. Items arrived promptly and were well packed. No shipping damage as has been mentioned by others. Batteries are as described re size and connectors. They came fully/almost fully charged. Good pricing compared to other major brands and free delivery. I bought 2 x Ultramax NP12-12 for an APC Smart UPS and 2 x Ultramax NP2.3-12 for intruder alarm backups. I would buy from Battery Masters again based on experience so far.”
“Battery delivered three times and every time it has been damaged, company itself seems to be good and great prices but the utter incompetence of the delivery company Yodel is staggering. Throwing heavy batteries over fences. Please change your delivery company to Royal Mail or another trustworthy delivery partner.”

“The power device / battery plug in you sent broke on first attempt to use it. The ends (crocdile clips) were very flimsy and not big enough to cap on the battery I purchased. Could this be replaced with a better version. I am having to use my own car battery charger to charge the lithium battery.”
“I bought a 36AH Battery Masters Ultramax lithium battery to replace a small 20AH lead acid battery but failed to understand that the lithium battery could not deliver the current I required so unfortunatly the purchase has been a waste of money.”
“Batteries supplied were poor - only 39 cycles on each battery. They were OK for the first few discharge cycles, but now Batteries will drop to Zero if they are left discharging when 40% of battery charge remains. The maximum discharge current that has been used for these batteries is 100 A.”
