“Battery delivered three times and every time it has been damaged, company itself seems to be good and great prices but the utter incompetence of the delivery company Yodel is staggering. Throwing heavy batteries over fences. Please change your delivery company to Royal Mail or another trustworthy delivery partner.”

“Took payment for my order and then mailed to say they didnt have stock of the battery and didnt know if they were getting any more in. Also had previous trouble trying to get a refund / replacement on a battery that had failed within the 12 month warranty. Had to wait nearly a month for them to test the the returned battery before they would re-issue. Good priced batteries and fast delivery, but customer care and response needs improving drastically.”
“Customer service is non existent! Send me different item to what was advertised and what I ordered and could get a response to return the item so was a complete waste of time and money. Wouldn’t recommend or use again !”
