I encountered a bug that led me to lose about a week's worth of progress on a character. When I reached out to them, they said they weren't going to help me because they didn't have the ability to verify it was a bug even though I sent them links to the official forum where other people complained of the bug as well, and thusly because they couldn't be 100% sure it was a bug, they weren't going to help. They then accused me of trying to get an unfair advantage over them (I asked for the progress to be returned so I didn't have to start over) and then clarified that the "stars have to align" for them to help. I am really at a loss here. Never encountered customer service that refuses to do anything to help, and then accuses me of trying to take advantage when I was just asking for the progress back that I had completed.
