Blizzard entertainment is unable to keep up with the volume of account holders they have, as well as to come up with an efficient reporting system. I did absolutely nothing wrong and received a ban on my overwatch account after being cussed out on chat. In other words, I got banned from my account because the opposing team were a bunch of sore losers that reported me for no reason at all. I have tried numerous ways to submit a web ticket, talk to customer service, an email, a phone number, anything. I’ve had absolutely zero luck and now I’ve poured tons of money and tons of hours into an account that I no longer have access to whatsoever. I will no longer be giving this dishonest and disloyal company my business.

They say my character violated their Cod of Conduct. Closed my account. And now I can not play Diablo IV that I just spent $40 dollars on 2 days ago. I did a support ticket with the exact same response at the closure. I am appealing 2 time now. I view this as stealing the money from me. I still do now know what I did or didn’t do. This is just bad business. ID: Visionary #11809. I added video cause it wouldn’t let me take picture of the email I received. I would sent one of my support ticket, but like I said; it says the exact word for word message.

A one star rating is generous for this company. I've been trying to resolve a very well known and documented bug in one of their games. As suggested, I've been using the in game bug report option, as well as help tickets. I was given the same unhelpful responses each time. They repeatedly demonstrated a lack of reviewing my full message, failed to understand the problem, and I continued to advocate for my paid experience while maintaining professional language. Rather than help, I was threatened with an account termination. Online forums are absolutely littered with similar issues with the same part of the game for well over year, yet customer service fails to support and game developers completely ignore the problem. My recommendation would be to start a gaming hobby with a different company, as this one does not support their customers.

Blizzard is one of the worst developer companies to ever exist all they care about is money and being WOKE. They strive to hire nothing but mentally ill trans people and unqualified individuals that don't know anything about game development or what the general population wants in a video game. Like I said all they care about is money and being WOKE, if they can publish a video game that confines to the Woke ideologies and appeals to no one from the consumer base just for some fast cash then they definitely will. Just like Ubisoft they don't care about no one, all they care about is being WOKE and scamming there customers. I don't recommend anything Blizzard has produced, unless your looking for terrible video games and if that's the case then you have found home. (I hope Ubisoft and blizzard both go out of business soon). If I could give them negative stars I would !!!!!!!

Blizzard is money milking machine that ban innocent players by saying about them they yell at smurfs/aimbots and cheaters and use offensive language and dare to say we are criminals, i hope the company goes bankrupt and can enjoy while it lasts.

Blizzard entertainment used to make good quality fun playable games. But now they make trash that's nothing more than a giant cash grab, you're lucky if the game works properly as every time they patch something they break something else, they punish the players for leaving games with people who are afk or when their system fails to replace missing players. All i have to say is save your money go buy an actual triple A title from a real developer. And if you need support at all be prepared to receive nothing but automated responses and absolutely no help. I uninstalled all my Blizzard products cause this company is utter trash and not worth my time anymore hopefully they all get fired by Microsoft and replaced by ai.

Be aware all. Blizzard has the ability to access your account and take what they want. I just faced this.

I pre-ordered from their merch store in august and payed almost 300€ fot the item. They delayed the shipping in november and offered me the choice to keep the order or they pay it back. I choosed to keep it since i wanted it so much. I talked to their support about it, and they told me everything is fine and i will get it as soon as it possible. After a few days i checked the order status and it was cancelled. I talked to the support and they said it is cancelled because it is out of stock... I asked another support about the issue and they simply said: "it is cancelled". I waitied half a year for a pre-order, pre-paid item and they didnt even send me a mail or something that it is cancelled. It was pure luck i noticed it. They are the worst shop i ever dealt with. I do not recommend buying from them.

I encountered a bug that led me to lose about a week's worth of progress on a character. When I reached out to them, they said they weren't going to help me because they didn't have the ability to verify it was a bug even though I sent them links to the official forum where other people complained of the bug as well, and thusly because they couldn't be 100% sure it was a bug, they weren't going to help. They then accused me of trying to get an unfair advantage over them (I asked for the progress to be returned so I didn't have to start over) and then clarified that the "stars have to align" for them to help. I am really at a loss here. Never encountered customer service that refuses to do anything to help, and then accuses me of trying to take advantage when I was just asking for the progress back that I had completed.

So from what i will begin, they scam people they ban them for nothing hmm also for refunds of games that don't even work properly. This company wasn't like this from the beginning but it was made like this by Activision since January 2018 the only purpose of that company is to make money but there is one thing that they forgot who gave them that money people who loved the old working Blizzard for those worlds games and experiences they gave to all us but now old Blizzard is gone, no more, and only after 2 years i see the leech that they are sorry but not sorry bye and good luck to this company i will miss you old Blizzard.
