They say my character violated their Cod of Conduct. Closed my account. And now I can not play Diablo IV that I just spent $40 dollars on 2 days ago. I did a support ticket with the exact same response at the closure. I am appealing 2 time now. I view this as stealing the money from me. I still do now know what I did or didn’t do. This is just bad business. ID: Visionary #11809.
I added video cause it wouldn’t let me take picture of the email I received. I would sent one of my support ticket, but like I said; it says the exact word for word message.
