A one star rating is generous for this company. I've been trying to resolve a very well known and documented bug in one of their games. As suggested, I've been using the in game bug report option, as well as help tickets. I was given the same unhelpful responses each time. They repeatedly demonstrated a lack of reviewing my full message, failed to understand the problem, and I continued to advocate for my paid experience while maintaining professional language. Rather than help, I was threatened with an account termination. Online forums are absolutely littered with similar issues with the same part of the game for well over year, yet customer service fails to support and game developers completely ignore the problem. My recommendation would be to start a gaming hobby with a different company, as this one does not support their customers.
