I decided to call customer service, and discuss my options on price, payment, and delivery. The customer service is exceptional from the team. I placed the order with a customer service agent, and asked how to pay for the guitar. I was sent an email detailing how to use my visa card, made the payment, within seconds an email returned with the order confirmation, and then an invoice of payment followed. Later the same day the confirmation of the order ready to be collected by UPS arrived. The guitar arrived three working days after. The Fazeley FLP 318 BK, is an absolutely beautiful looking guitar and plays as good as it looks.
