Made a purchase on 18th Oct still not had item 3 wks later, lots of delays through Mondial & Hermes. Last tracker now states that it is being sent back to sender. Extremely poor customer service with Bax, Can't escalate, can't speak to manager. Advise they will contact you but never do. Won't refund until they receive item but they wont advise where it is. Don't even respond to e-mails now. Starting to think there is some scam running as they can't run a business like this. It it the worst customer experience I have ever had and there seems no end to it. It will most likely have to be raised with credit card company.
