great product,great packaging,awful communication!We were given no indication of when the item would be delivered and it was only through luck that it was delivered when we in.This could have resulted in our £1300 package being left with a house nearby as the HGV lorry that sent it was unlikely to make another journey.So 5* becomes 3*.
