The items arrived safely, and in good order, but the invoice does not match the prices displayed on the site, and several rounds of correspondence have failed even to get an acknowledgement of the problem,they just keep repeating the same thing over and over without addressing the actual issue. Will not be using again. (The issue is to do with VAT: because they have my VAT number, they invoice using a Netherlands VAT number, thus showing no VAT on the invoice - but they charge the individual items at inc- VAT, not ex-VAT prices, meaning I've paid inc VAT prices but can't reclaim the VAT as I normally would were it shown on the invoice.
