My delivery, which was promised in 2 working days, arrived 3 days late, which is not acceptable, as there was no warning anywhere on the website about delays. I then found out that Bax are not based in the UK, they are in Holland. Nowhere on their website does it say this. In fact the website goes out of its way to deceive buyers by being a .co.uk site with a Kent address and telephone number. This is bordering on trading malpractice, as I like to know where I am sourcing my goods from and Bax hide this on purpose. Had I known they were based in Holland I would not have used them, and will never use them again.
