I HAVE NOT received my order yet. Bax messed up my address on the package labels. Although there was my name, a post code, and a number, the street name was missing. Hermes, the courier emailed me to get in touch on the deliver day but I could not get through their automated system to speak or message anyone, the emails would not go through and the automated telephone voice would not let me speak to anyone. So they have sent the packages back to my supplier. None of my emails to Bax have been answered however they did answer the phone and I was able to establish they had not received my order back from the courier, and it was necessary to correct the address on the Bax computer. I feel no employee is doing anything to retrieve the goods or even communicate. Even this review enquiry is generated by a computer delivery date which has long gone. I am concerned my goods will arrive damaged if they ever turn up at all. But so far I have heard NOTHING.
