I HAVE NOT received my goods from Bax. They made a mess of labelling the address, missing out the street name, although the post code and house number should have been sufficient. Hermes the courier emailed me on the delivery day to get in touch but their automated telephone and email systems blocked me from communicating with anyone. An automated reply two days later told me they had sent the packages back to my supplier. Bax have not answered any emails however they did answer the phone and I was able to establish they had not received my packages back and i was able to tell them about the mess up with the labelling. Since then I have had no communication from Bax and don't know if I am ever going to get my goods or what condition they will be in.
