Ordered on 5th November 2020 and the website said to expect delivery on 9th November. Delivery was attempted by Hermes on 14th November but as the delivery address was my work, no-one was in. I was expecting Hermes to re-attempt delivery the next week but instead they sent it back to Bax. Bax would NOT refund the money until they received the item back.
10/12/2020 - FINALLY RECEIVED MY REFUND.
