Despite having a .co.uk address and a UK address and phone number on the homepage, BAX is in fact a based in the Netherlands.
Order was placed with the promise of 2 day delivery, 4 days later after speaking to someone in the Dutch ‘customer services’ I was blatantly lied to by the lady. She told me my package was stuck with Hermes due to the pandemic. I contacted Hermes direct and was told in fact they hadn’t even collected said items!
I rang the ‘customer services’ there following day and after being refused a refund, I was told just to do a charge back on my credit card... they WOULD NOT issue a refund.
UK buyers, PLEASE AVOID! Support actual UK businesses who actually have a single ounce of customer service skills!
