Bad experience.
Order placed on the 8th January still awaited as at the 17th January.
Package appears to have be stuck in Eindhoven awaiting paperwork. If this is the result of Brexit then the company clearly made little preparation for it.
Very little explanation and long wait to contact Bax customer service.
UPS are of little help and their tracking systems are misleading and erratic.
Scheduled date for delivery is now 21st January, but I have little faith in this.
Bax header “`Fast and free delivery to the UK” is misleading.
