RIP OFF: AVOID AVOID AVOID - PAID and GOT NOTHING
I am 15 miles from Folkestone and thought I'd support a local business. I placed my order, paid & received acknowledgement and confirmation of shipping all on 1st Feb - then nothing. I called several times and got no answer, but eventually got through to what sounded like an Indian call centre yesterday. I was promised a return call, but still nothing. They sent me a survey to ask what I thought. What I think is not printable.
