Great service from Bax, had an issue with the delivery but the Bax customer service was prompt and highly efficient in resolving the issue. Lead was delivered after Bax got onto Hermes ( the delivery people) and I got a full refund on the delivery charge with no aggro and the lead is exactly what I needed, brilliant service and I am a very happy customer
