I cannot review my guitar and case purchased from Bax Music as after eighteen, yes EIGHTEEN days of ordering an in-stock guitar and case I still haven't received my purchase. Not only have I not received them, but they haven't even been sent out by Bax for delivery. After three unreturned telephone calls and e-mails that take three days to respond to I am still waiting for Bax to ship the items from their warehouse. Eighteen days and waiting for a guitar and case that are both in stock ?????? A truly appalling service amid non existent customer service, my suggestion to future potential customers: SHOP ELSEWHERE Andrew Mott order number 6758879 placed on 5th April still awaiting shipment on the 23rd April
