Terrible service, terrible customer service, I’ve been emailing, calling and finally got a reply on Twitter because it’s been over a week and our digital mixer still hasn’t even arrived at hermes. Absolutely fed up and tremendously disappointed in the lack of care and urgency of this company. Will never shop here again and neither should you.
