I ordered a 12" LP case as a birthday gift for my grand-daughter. The case is great but a box inside a box seems a little wasteful. I can't give it five stars because of Hermes being the carrier - delivery promised one day but didn't happen (strangely a separate item WAS delivered by Hermes that day!) and I couldn't understand the guy's accent when he did deliver the next day so I have no idea why it was late. I have had so many bad experiences with Hermes that I try to avoid them if possible, perhaps BAX should do the same?
