This is the first time I have ordered with Bax. The whole experience was problem free, and I received my order when they said I would. It is a very good product, and well packaged. Although I didn't speak to anyone, I felt that I had been given a personal service, with the email updates from them and their carriers. I would certainly use and recommend Bax to all my friends.
